Entitled: 'The Mill of Mystery', this building was originally known as the Valley Worsted Mills and was built 'in secret' during a highly competitive time for the wool and textile industry in Geelong, Australia.
It has now been given a new identity
as a famous brewery and local eatery.
'Sparrow Park'. This lovely family park located in an area that is close to my heart in Geelong, Australia, I felt needed a giant Sparrow to commemorate it.
This structure, called 'Signal Box A', caught my attention on my train trips to Melbourne. Its use is now obsolete.
To me it is symbolic of an era some
of us are still familiar with and the composition now speaks of travel
and of the passage of time.
